Pilgrimage 2004 will be held in the Brighton and Solitude meeting rooms at the hotel. Rooms can be booked online or through the hotel. Pilgrimage has obtained a group rate of $65/night for single rooms booked through the hotel and group rate of $89/night for a suite; just tell them you are staying for Pilgrimage. You will need to book your room before August 14th to get the group rate. Rooms booked through the hotel can be cancelled with no fee up to the day before check-in, while rooms booked through the internet will incur a fee if you cancel. The organizers of Pilgrimage encourage you to get a room booked at the Holiday Inn on our block of reserved rooms. Booking rooms through our block helps to defray the cost of the meeting space for Pilgrimage, which helps us to reduce costs for this year and helps us to improve the event next year. The hotel has provided us with two MPEG clips for visitors to the hotel: one describing the amenities at the hotel itself and another for visitors to Salt Lake City.
